Vitamiene in groente en vrugte (tabel I)

In die tabel is die gemerkte waardes wat die gemiddelde daaglikse dosis in die vitamien oorskry. onderstreep uitgelig waardes wat wissel van 50% tot 100% van die daaglikse waarde van die vitamien.
