Metode van voorbereiding
Klits die eierwit met suiker en suurlemoenskil. Meng met maaskaas. Verwyder die kern van ryp appels en vul dit met die wrongelmengsel. Bak in die oond. Bedien met koue melk.
U kan u eie resep opstel met inagneming van die verlies aan vitamiene en minerale met behulp van die reseprekenaar in die toepassing.
