Metode van voorbereiding
In vloeibare melksous, berei soos aangedui in rek. Nr. 549, voeg suiker en vanillien by, voorheen opgelos in warmgekookte water. Sit sous voor vir poedings, kasserolle, graan- en groentegeregte.
U kan u eie resep opstel met inagneming van die verlies aan vitamiene en minerale met behulp van die reseprekenaar in die toepassing.
