Metode van voorbereiding
Rasper die geskilde wortels met skyfies, sit in 'n kastrol en laat prut in 'n bietjie water tot sag, voeg vanillien en stysel by, verdun in koue melk. Kook, gooi in 'n vlak skottel, strooi suiker. Bedien afgekoel.
