Metode van voorbereiding
Bereide kool, beet en radyse word in repies gesny, uie word in halwe ringe gesny. Die beet word met asyn prut tot sag. Die kool word afsonderlik toegelaat, gekombineer met beet en uie, warm water, sout word bygevoeg, tot kookpunt gebring en afgekoel. Sit dan die gekapte radyse, gooi die room in en meng. As u weggaan, gooi fyngekapte dille in die borsjt.
U kan u eie resep opstel met inagneming van die verlies aan vitamiene en minerale met behulp van die reseprekenaar in die toepassing.
