Metode van voorbereiding
Skil en sny die appels, sny dit in blokkies. Sout water 'n bietjie en kook met suiker. Plaas die voorbereide appels en voeg die gesifte meel by nadat dit 'n bietjie gekook het. Kook vir 'n paar minute, roer af en toe. Sit apart gekookte noedels in die sop en geur met suurroom. Die sop kan warm of koud bedien word.
