Metode van voorbereiding
Skil die appels, verwyder die pitte en sny dit in skywe. Voeg water en korrelsuiker by, kook op lae hitte tot sag. Klits die afgekoelde suurroom met 'n lepel poeiersuiker en meng dit met verkoelde appels.
